Yemsujongla’s Journey to Success

Yemsujongla, daughter of Lotemcheching and Khomla, hails from Sangdak village, Tuensang, Nagaland. She is a shining example of hard work and dedication.

Coming from a humble family of six, with her father working as a cultivator, financial constraints made it difficult for them to provide education for all the children. After graduation, she searched for employment to support her family but found limited opportunities.

Determined to upskill herself, she discovered the DDU-GKY tourism and hospitality training through social media and registered. She completed six months of classroom training and a one-month on-the-job training in Food & Beverage Service Steward training at PLS Auto Shell Industries Private Limited.

Today, Yemsujongla is successfully placed at Westin Hyderabad Mindspace in F&B Service.

Yemsujongla:
“I am forever grateful to PLS Auto Shell Industries Private Limited for guiding me and supporting me through all my circumstances.
I sincerely thank MORD, the Government of India, and NSRLM, Government of Nagaland, for sponsoring and implementing DDU-GKY in Nagaland.
I encourage all young boys and girls from rural Nagaland to seize this opportunity, become independent, and build a sustainable future through DDU-GKY’s free skill training, which provides guaranteed placement.”
